USG's new website is a work in progress!
My name is Doha Nemr, a junior in the Scholars Program on the pre-dental track. As Chief of Staff for USG, I help keep things running behind the scenes — from managing club item requests and inventory to making sure events go off without a hitch. I also serve as Clerk of the Senate and Cabinet, keeping everything organized and on record. Previously, I was a Senator and Club Director, where I supported student organizations in building community and hosting impactful events. I’m passionate about helping students get involved, making campus resources more accessible, and creating inclusive, engaging events. When I’m not in the USG office, you can find me baking, watching Gilmore Girls, or reading The Silent Patient for the fourth time!

Clubs can request utensils, plates, napkins, and plastic cups for their events. They can also request other items when available.
There are certain items that can be requested by clubs from USG's own inventory. Please email at least 48 Hours in advance, otherwise, your request will not be fulfilled.
Clubs can request utensils, plates, napkins, and plastic cups for their events. To request, email office@bcstudentgov.org with the name of your club, the date of your event, and how many of each item you need.
Clubs can also request certain games and materials for their events.
Note: It is best to send an email as early as possible to avoid last-minute conflicts with supply. This may mean submitting an email soon after the submission of the event ERF.
If you want to see anything in person or have specific questions about the process that cannot be resolved through email, feel free to book an appointment with the Chief of Staff or stop by the USG office in the Student Center.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Clubs are responsible for making sure all returned items are clean and in working order.
USG has the right to deny requests for items if clubs do not comply with borrowing/returning procedures.
Should clubs return damaged materials, future consideration for approving requests will be impacted.
