Want to plan an event for your club at Brooklyn College? This page provides all the essential resources you need, including guidelines on securing funding, filing necessary paperwork, planning your event, and ensuring your club is properly registered for the new school year. Whether you’re organizing a small meeting or a large campus event, you’ll find everything you need to navigate the process smoothly.
The first step to getting your event approved (after having the idea, of course!) is submitting your Event Request Form (ERF)! Click below to get started, and don't feel too shy to ask for help at support@bcstudentgov.org.
USG provides board games, decor, paper goods, soda, and more to clubs on request. Please email office@bcstudentgov.org at least 2 business days before your event with the items you're requesting.
